 Susan LaVictoire, PA-C
Susan is an Oklahoma native and graduate of the masters degree Physician Associate program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2001. After spending several years in orthopedic surgery and emergency medicine, she felt a natural calling to pediatric medicine, beginning with a year of pediatric cardiothorasic surgery, and eventually a practice in general pediatrics. Susan and her husband Paul have been married 'forever' and have six children aged from 25 to 14 years old, and one precious grandaughter, Izabella. A recently implemented tradition of "Sunday Dinner" at the LaVictoire household allows time for them to visit and reconnect with each other - especially as their children grow up and pursue families and lives of their own. Practice Philosophy "I look at each patient as if he or she were a member of my own family - and treat them as I would like my family to be treated in a health care situation. I also remember that the art of medicine is referred to as a practice for a reason - that is, medicine should be considered a continuous learning situation."
